Sure, ABS is great, but it has its flaws.
Prints made of ABS have a tendency to denature and yellow if left outdoors.

That’s why plastics manufacturers are always looking for alternatives.
One such alternative is acrylonitrile styrene acrylate (ASA), which was originally developed to be a hardy weather resistant material. It is strong, rigid, and relatively easy to print with,

ASA is also extremely resistant to chemical exposure, heat,
and mostly importantly, changes in shape and color.
